Imola WR Water-Repellent Outdoor Fabric

Description

Imola WR is the calmest patterned cloth of the outdoor range: a small checkerboard that reads as texture up close and almost as a solid colour with a slight shimmer from a distance.

Use

Thanks to its small scale, Imola also works on large surfaces — garden sofa seats and lounger mattresses — where a bigger pattern would be too busy. Its plain companions are Monza WR and Strike WR, and cushions in the range’s patterned cloths in the same colour code add an accent.

Colours and codes

Six colours coded 1001–1006: terracotta, sand, navy, graphite, light grey-green and turquoise. In the light 1002 and 1005 the check is barely visible; in 1003 and 1004 it shows more. Every colour in the shop carries the same code that is printed on the manufacturer’s sample.

Properties

Composition 100% polypropylene. Width 140 cm, weight 380 g/m². Abrasion resistance 30 000 Martindale cycles, pilling 4-5 (on a 1–5 scale). Polypropylene does not absorb water and tolerates moisture. The water-repellent (WR) finish lets liquid bead off the surface.

The manufacturer recommends combining it with Fabriella Monza WR and Strike WR.
