Como Polyester Upholstery Fabric
Como is a 100% polyester Uni cloth with a fine-grain surface that catches light with a subtle shimmer — quietly luxurious without committing to a full velvet or chenille. The palette is unusually wide (31 colours) and runs from clean whites through warm naturals to saturated accent tones — making Como a useful default for projects that need a single fabric to work across multiple seating types and rooms. 340 g/m² is mid-light — easy to upholster, easy to live with. 50,000 Martindale rubs (Class SC), light fastness 6. Not flame-retardant. 69 €/m — strong value for the colour range and palette breadth.
Description
Como is a useful “default” upholstery cloth — a clean 100% polyester Uni with a quietly shimmering fine-grain surface, available in an unusually wide 31-colour palette. The width of the palette is the standout feature: it runs from cool whites and ivories through warm naturals and earths to deeper blues, greens and saturated accent tones, edited as a single coherent set rather than 31 separate samples. That breadth makes Como an easy choice when a project needs a fabric that can carry sofas, chairs, ottomans and headboards across multiple rooms without splitting into different specs.
Technically the cloth is mid-light at 340 g/m² on a 140 cm bolt, with 50,000 Martindale rubs (Class SC) and light fastness 6. That covers severe domestic and general contract use — appropriate for living rooms, lounges, residential schemes and light-traffic contract. Como is not flame-retardant — for FR specifications, see the Calace FR / Alberti FR family. 69 €/m makes Como one of the better value-per-colour propositions in the range.
